Progress!

The blog may have been quiet but we certainly haven't been!  The lower wings are now covered:

the rib and transverse tapes were applied today.This just leaves the end plate and then the leading and trailing edge tape to be applied and we're done!

Meanwhile Rex has started covering the first of the top wings:

before he heads off for a welcome break!  We're hoping that he'll have finished the covering before he goes away so that we can enjoy rib stitching again.  Which gives an altogether different take on the expression "I've got a stitch in my ribs"!
